What the app sends to the license server: your license key (if any), a one-way hash of your Mac's hardware id, and the app version. While the app is open it also sends, every few minutes, the macOS version, whether someone is connected remotely and for how many minutes, so we can see whether the app is being used and fix problems. It never sends what is on your screen, your clipboard, your files, or the addresses of the computers you connect from. You can switch these usage pings off in the RDP4Mac menu (Send Usage Pings); the license check still happens. Nothing else leaves your Mac. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
